Every month we run the most absurd raffle in the Bay Area. The winner, among other things, has the opportunity to pie a drag queen in the face. All proceeds go to a charity we feel align with our values and is doing stellar work in the community.

2017's The Universe is Lit: A Bay Area Black and Brown Punk Fest was a four day series of events in Oakland and SF featuring a film screening, an art show, three performance artists, 28 bands, 12 DJs, and wares from local makers. Not only was every event free but we were able to provide free food, center accessibility and compensate every performer.

Through the Universe is Lit we were able to shine a spotlight on Bay Area performers and make connections with musicians from Nola, LA, Chicago, Australia, NY and beyond.

In 2018 The Multivrs Is Illuminated: Bay Area Black and Brown Punk Fest will take place from August 9th - 12th in SF and Oakland.

Accessibility info- There are two steps leading up to the club at the entrance on Harrison near Gordon. There's a second entrance that is wheelchair accessible on the corner of Harrison and 9th.

A ramp with a slight incline connects the dance floor and the main bar area. All bathrooms are gender neutral and there is one, larger single use bathroom. None of the bathrooms are equipped with handlebars. This is not a scent free space and it can get crowded and hot.
