Every Friday we DRAG ALIVE- a variety show for everyone. We welcome those visiting our gorgeous city, those who have never been to a Drag Show before and promise that this will entertain even the most experienced of drag fans.

1 hour of Entertainment featuring SF’s Finest: Gittery Queens, fabulous Freaks and larger than life entertainers. The best show at at the fanciest dive you ever been to.

Since the Stud opened in 1966 it has had a reputation as a place where everyone is welcome- so join us at a show where everyone is welcome.

And if you just want to happy hour about it join us in our front room for drinks and friendship- no cover.

Featuring:

The Clown:
Your emcee Intensive Claire is a real life nurse during the day- which is good because her looks are so sickening you are gonna need some care. She's an emcee about town turning looks from Alien to Show girl- careful her tongue is dirty and her care intense.

The Weird:
Vanity paints her face for the back row- reminding us of that Goth girl from high school smoking cloves and shooting daggers from her eyes. Her lip synchs will leave your head spinning and her hairography is simply beyond.

The Sweet:
Roxy-Cotten Candy got the hair flips and fast hips. Tall as a drinka water, or more like soda pop. She's got all the kids jonesing for the sweet stuff. Be careful though she is the gateway drag.

The Hips:
Barbie Bloodgloss is a gives glamour and grotesque. Classic striptease and burlesque with something sly and slithery. She spreads rhinestones, ostrich feathers, and fake blood all over the Bay Area. She’ll steal your heart... And eat it too!

The Triple:
God said "Let their be fierceness" and there was Militia Towers. When she was born she came out and landed on the floor in the splits, spinning a high pony tail around her head and singing a Nina Simone medley. She lipsynchs like she's here to win, and entertaints with ferocity. You will want to have your dollars, your debt cards, cashier cheques, and money orders ready because she's gonna make you make it rain.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Drag Alive is hosted at the Stud- a bar. So all our attendees must be 21 years and up and be able to provide identification.
Does the Stud serve food?
The Stud does not serve food but you are welcome to bring snacks with you!
Can I bring a birthday cake for my friend?
Yes please! We welcome all kinds of celebrations and parties! Send us a message in advance and we will make arrangements. You must purchase the Celebration Ticket!
