Every Friday we DRAG ALIVE- a variety show for everyone. We welcome those visiting our gorgeous city, those who have never been to a Drag Show before and promise that this will entertain even the most experienced of drag fans.
1 hour of Entertainment featuring SF’s Finest: Gittery Queens, fabulous Freaks and larger than life entertainers. The best show at at the fanciest dive you ever been to.
Since the Stud opened in 1966 it has had a reputation as a place where everyone is welcome- so join us at a show where everyone is welcome.
And if you just want to happy hour about it join us in our front room for drinks and friendship- no cover.

Featuring:

The Clown:
Your emcee emcee Jillian Gnarling is a soft ghoul with a sharp tongue. The monster princess of our dreams Jillian swings from 1960's pinup to 1980's hair metal goddess to 1940's chanteuse all in 5 minutes. An acrobat of the heart.

The Fresh:
Shane Thomas slinks slides and sneaks. She's a lip synch assassin and a dancing diva all mix of beard and glitter. One of the freshest faces in SF- she's got the rest of us on the run.

The Candy:
Roxy-Cotten Candy got the hair flips and fast hips. Tall as a drinka water, or more like soda pop. She's got all the kids jonesing for the sweet stuff. Be careful though she is the gateway drag.

The Shimmy:
Barbie Bloodgloss is a gives glamour and grotesque. Classic striptease and burlesque with something sly and slithery. She spreads rhinestones, ostrich feathers, and fake blood all over the Bay Area. She’ll steal your heart... And eat it too!

The Money:
Money Money Money, Monet! Cash Monet is your anime fantasy wearing a nightmare suit. Make up always inspired- always painted for the back row, and she moves like the smoothest anime.

The Creetch:
She is a glamorous hellcreature with an affinity for filthy and comedic storytelling. Static switches skins and styles, her aberrant performance style will leave you queasy, uneasy and eager for more...
