A staged reading by Queer artists making performance in the nightlife and fields of Choreography and Contemporary Dance. PIGS - COWS - CHICKENS- We pluck, we cluck, we fuck. We moo, we cruise, we rut. We become animal. Becoming animal. Becoming animals. Maria Silk, Cornelius and Gabriele Christian read performance texts from their recent works that muck about with barnyard animals as companions to queer desire, identity and taboo. There will also be an artist talk about queer artistic and aesthetic influences and ecologies in the Bay Area nightlife and performance scene.
